Haas Factory Outlet for Japan is having a 2 day open house 16th 17th July 2010. The Fast and Furious machining demo days will have Haas machines loaded with OneCNCXR4 CNC programs. OneCNCXR4 mill express is being bundled with Haas machines free of charge to purchasers of machines during this event.

OneCNCXR4 CAD-CAM video series

OneCNC has released 3 new videos in a series showing the function procedure of the software. The series is a short overview of part of the OneCNCXR4 functionality and how it is used. The OneCNCXR4 video series displays some of the extensive functionality that the software includes for such an unbelievable price.

OneCNCXR4 Part 1 of 3 video which is mainly about the interface and how user friendly it is.

OneCNCXR4 Part 2 of 3 video is more about the geometry creation, surfacing and modeling.

OneCNCXR4 Part 3 of 3 video is an introduction the CAM functionality and posting the code for your CNC machine.

“After looking at what machinery was needed, we settled with the Deckel Maho. The DMU 50 fitted the bill. the latest Heidenhain control was a great plus. We found that OneCNC was the only CAD/CAM package that could offer complete 5 axis solids based design compatibility with the latest Heidenhain CNC machine control.

This now gives us the ability for high speed production and precision machining for 3, 4 and 5 axis parts by CNC machining centers as well as CNC machining by Lathe. We also have OneCNCXR2 Professional Lathe CAD/CAM.

We had to be absolutely sure we had the right tools to attack Queensland's ever increasing Aerospace market. The last piece of the puzzle was CAD/CAM software "OneCNC Mill Expert was the only software package to do what we needed and it was another decision that was made for us.
